U.S. Army Armor & Cavalry Collection · Fort Moore, Georgia · April 25–27, 2025
Steel Aces was thrilled to attend the U.S. Army Armor & Cavalry Collection Open House from April 25th–27th for the second year in a row. The collection featured nearly 200 pieces of armoured history on display — tanks, tank destroyers, armoured personnel carriers, anti-tank guns and more — spanning over 100 years of armoured warfare.
This event also marked our second year proudly supporting the National Armor and Cavalry Heritage Foundation as corporate partners. The Foundation's mission is to serve as a monument to all the many American mounted warriors around the world. Today, they strive to collect and preserve their stories so they become not only part of Army history, but a lasting part of American heritage.
The U.S. Army Armor & Cavalry Collection is one of the largest and most historically significant armoured vehicle collections in the United States. Located at Fort Moore (formerly Fort Benning) in Georgia, the collection is maintained by the National Armor and Cavalry Heritage Foundation and showcases the evolution of American armoured warfare from World War I to the present day.
During the Open House weekend, visitors had the chance to see rare vehicles up close, meet military historians and enthusiasts, and learn about the rich heritage of American armoured cavalry. The event drew crowds of families, veterans, and history buffs from across the country.
Steel Aces' very own Sofilein and BTed72 were on-site throughout the weekend, showcasing the latest build of the game and meeting fans in person. It was incredible to see so many of you stop by our booth, which was located right next to the Foundation's stand, to experience the latest demonstration build of Steel Aces on our game stations and chat about the incredible work of the Foundation.
"Attending the Open House for the second year was a fantastic experience. The collection is truly world-class, and the community of enthusiasts and veterans that come together for this event make it something really special." — The Steel Aces Team
Thank you to everyone who came out to make the weekend a huge success! A special thanks to the National Armor and Cavalry Heritage Foundation for their outstanding work in preserving armoured heritage.
