Today we're rolling out a refreshed and rebuilt steelaces.com. This is the new central home for everything Steel Aces.
The previous site served its purpose. As the game has grown and the community has expanded, though, we've outgrown it. Steel Aces needs a place that can keep pace: a fast, modern hub where you can quickly find what's new, what's coming, and what we're working on next. That's what we built.
What's Changed
The new site is organised around three priorities:
- One central hub. Game information, vehicle data, museum partnerships, press resources, dev logs, and patch notes all live in one place. No more hunting through three different services to find an answer.
- Faster, cleaner experience. Self-hosted fonts, optimised images, mobile-first navigation, and a streamlined visual identity. Every page is built to be snappy on cellular and sharp on desktop.
- Bilingual from day one. Full English and German throughout. Use the flag toggle in the top-right to switch at any time.
The Information Roadmap
This launch is the foundation, not the finish line. Over the coming months, we'll be steadily expanding what's available here:
- An expanded vehicle garage updated to give readily accessible info about every tank in our roster as it grows.
- Dedicated map pages with terrain previews giving an overview and basic tactical breakdowns.
- Patch notes so you can follow update by update.
- A development roadmap for Steel Aces. When all the basics are sorted, we can focus more on what content is coming next!
Built in the Open
Our philosophy hasn't changed. Steel Aces is built in collaboration with our community, and the closer we get to a finished base game the more time we have to design and share what we're planning for further down the road. This new site exists to make that easier: clearer announcements, faster updates, and more direct routes to the information you actually want.
If something feels missing or hard to find, please tell us on our Discord community. Every dev log, every feature, every page on this site is shaped by your feedback. Keep it coming.
